Day trips: your questions
Are these day trips private?
Yes. Only your group travels in the car, with your own guide. Group tours with set dates start in March 2027.
Can I book a day trip for tomorrow?
Yes. Private tours run on any date, even tomorrow. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the details.
Which day trips run in winter?
All of them except the Assy Plateau tour and the Lake Issyk and Turgen Gorge tour, which close for the winter. The roads to Charyn, Kolsai and Kaindy are open all year.
Do you pick me up from my hotel?
Yes. Every day trip starts and ends at your hotel in Almaty.
Can I leave my luggage in the car?
Yes, your luggage can stay in the car during the tour.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, we provide child seats. There are no child discounts, so the price is the same for every traveler.
Can you arrange food for my diet?
Yes, any diet can be arranged. Let us know when you book.
