Booking
When can I book a private tour?
Private tours run on any date, even tomorrow. Send us a message on WhatsApp or use the form below.
How is the price worked out?
Tours are sold as packages with one total price for your group, so we do not send itemized quotes. Prices include taxes and are the same all year.
We are a group of five or more. What does it cost?
For groups of five or more, a manager prices the trip for you. Send us your dates and the number of travelers.
Do you run group tours?
Group tours with set dates start in March 2027. Until then, every tour runs as a private trip.
Payment
How do I pay?
In cash at the start of the tour, in tenge, US dollars or euro, at the exchange rate on the day of departure. This applies to every tour, including multi-day tours.
Can I pay by card?
If paying in cash is not possible, you can pay by card or against an official invoice, with a 5% add-on.
Can I fix the price in advance?
Yes. A 20% deposit fixes the price. You pay it by bank transfer against an official invoice, and the 5% add-on does not apply to the deposit.
Cancellation and weather
What if I need to cancel?
Cancelling is free.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If weather or a road closure makes the route unsafe, we move the tour to another day or refund you in full.
On the tour
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats are provided. There are no child discounts.
Can I leave my luggage in the car?
Yes, luggage can stay in the car during the tour.
Can you cater for my diet?
Yes, any diet can be arranged. Tell us when you book.
